Clayton Lockhart is an experienced executive with a twenty-four year track record in global telecom. Over that time he had VP responsibility for integration of new technologies and process innovations that have reduced costs and improved revenues. He has a reputation for exceeding corporate goals and effecting cultural change through launching "on-the-edge" ideas, aggressive target setting, process simplification, sponsoring customer-driven initiatives, and investing in new technologies.
Some of the key initiatives Clayton has championed at AT&T in the past are the Multi-service Edge, Voice-over-IP platforms, WiMAX trials, and process/systems for the Concept-of-One/Zero plan.
The key areas Clayton brings to consulting engagements are: Business/Process management; Technology integration for new services; Network design (cost and reliability); and Technology evaluation.
Clayton has a B.S. in Physics from Harvard, and a Ph.D. in Physics from The University of Texas at Austin. |
